Expandos XL by Mark Ryden is a stylish smart backpack suitable for active individuals who need spacious compartments with easy-access features at high frequency. This backpack is expandable up to 38 liters and contains several compartments.
Expandos consists of three separated compartments. The first compartment features a dedicated sleeve to hold the laptop securely up to 17-inches and a separate pocket for an 11-inch tablet. The second layer features a spacious room to store clothing while traveling. The last and the front layer is spacious to carry other personal belongings.
The shoulders straps are adjustable, breathable and designed with an ergonomic S-shape ensuring your comfort and relieving the stress off your shoulders. The padded back is comfortably designed with abundant foam and breathable mesh. This smart backpack features an external USB port convenient to charge your smartphone, tablet, or other devices.
The bag is fully water-repellent so never to worry about getting your stuff wet, but we went beyond and designed a Raincoat built-in to protect you from getting wet in instant rainy conditions.

Most of the Mark Ryden backpacks and sling bags have built-in USB charging ports. We’ve mentioned this detail in all of our product descriptions.
Follow these two steps below on how to use the USB charging port:
- Connect the power bank to the USB cable which can be found on the interior of the backpack/bag.
- Connect your device with the charging cable to the USB port located on the exterior of the backpack/bag.
- Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.)
- For our Australian customers, all our products ship from our Australian Warehouse via express shipping (Shipping times vary from 8 – 12 working days). For our European & International customers, we ship from multiple warehouses located in various locations around the world (Shipping times vary from 12 – 16 working days). Free shipping via DHL express, FedEx & UPS.
