Mark Ryden Australia guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund.
If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced.
Colors displayed on our website may vary from the actual fabric color due to screen resolution or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products. We are available 24 hours a day with Chat support or you can email us at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding a product prior to purchase.
Items sold and shipped by Mark Ryden Australia can be returned or replaced (if the item is in stock) within 30 DAYS from the original shipped date. Please fill the return form here.
Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item, in its original packaging and exactly as they were when they were shipped to be eligible for a return. If you have used or damaged the goods they will not be accepted.
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and shipped back to Mark Ryden Australia at the customer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund payment. Returns on Buy one Get one Free promotion will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the amount of refund or credit.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning the product so you can follow it until it arrives. Without a trackable shipping method we do not guarantee the product will arrive.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
If you want to request a refund, you should us through our website/email within 8 hours of purchasing. Once your order is processed we won’t be able to cancel your order unless any valid reason is provided by the customer.
We cannot replace or refund “MISSING OR STOLEN” items that have been marked as “DELIVERED!”
All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for a refund.
If a delivery notice is left and you do not pick up your package at your local post office and the item gets returned to Mark Ryden Australia, the shipping costs associated for the returned package and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Once the item is received it will be thoroughly inspected and if it is deemed to be in new condition a refund will be authorized.

Refunds on Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address on the order form and the package gets returned, the original shipping costs and returning shipping costs will be deducted from your return payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
No Exchange Policy
We do not accept orders or items for exchange. If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing the new order now just ensures that you will receive it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
Defective Product or Incorrect Product Received
We are terribly sorry if your order arrived Damaged or Defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault ( within 3 days of receiving your package) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.
If you fail to contact us within 30 days from the original shipped date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
