Mark Ryden Australia Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.
Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.)
Free Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx & UPS
For our Australian customers, all our products ship from our Australian Warehouse via express shipping (Shipping times vary from 8 – 12 working days).
For our European & International customers, we ship from multiple warehouses located in various locations around the world (Shipping times vary from 12– 16 working days).
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
We currently DO NOT SHIP to Russian Federation, Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Kosovo and Saudi Arabia.
Custom Duties & Taxes
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary country to country. Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate.
If and when there are customs duties or taxes associated with the customer’s country customs policies and the customer does not clear or pay those fees and the item gets returned to Mark Ryden Australia, all applicable shipping charges for return shipping and original shipping costs will be deducted from the customers refund. In the rare case when the customer does not clear the duties or taxes associated with their countries policies and the item gets disposed of by customs officials the customer will also be responsible for all associated costs of the item and all associated shipping fees.
Address Changes and Cancellations can be done Monday – Friday within 3 hours from your purchase. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your package has been dispatched.
