Shipping & delivery policy
We’re committed to delivering your MARK RYDEN order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, with most orders dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Australia & New Zealand shipping
All AU & NZ orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse using express shipping services.

8 – 12 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier network conditions.
International shipping
We ship selected international orders from multiple fulfilment centres located around the world.

12 – 16 business days
International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.
Processing time
Please allow:
- 1 – 2 business days for order processing.
- Additional time during promotional periods or public holidays.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 – 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address changes & order cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order during business days (Monday – Friday).
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Delivery information
Depending on your location and shipping method, deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.
For apartment buildings, offices, or shared addresses, couriers may require the parcel to be signed for rather than left unattended.
We work with a range of trusted shipping partners, including DHL and Aramex, and select the most suitable courier based on your delivery location.
Customs duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or original shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Shipping restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to certain regions due to carrier and customs limitations.
If your location is unavailable during checkout, it means shipping is currently not supported for that destination.
